Congratulations DGHWES Teacher of the Year

    Mrs. Lisa Hoger!

As a reminder, if anyone in your household is experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, are being tested for Covid-19, or have recently tested positive for Covid-19, YOU MUST KEEP YOUR CHILDREN HOME.  Please contact the school nurse for further instructions.  Other ways we will support students' health include:  (1) If your child is sick or not feeling well during the night or early morning, please keep them home and continue school instruction virtually.  Please contact the classroom teacher and the school nurse.  (2) Children with elevated temperatures will be sent home, as well as those with symptoms related to Covid-19.  See Symptoms of Coronavirus for a full list of symptoms.  (3) If the nurse requests a child to go home due to illness, we ask parents to arrange for pick up as soon as possible.

    COVID-19 compatible symptoms include:

    •  Any ONE of the following symptoms:  Cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, new olfactory disorder (loss of sense of smell), new taste disorder (loss of taste).
    •  Any TWO of the following symptoms:  Fever, chills, rigors (shivers), myalgia (muscle aches), headache, sore throat, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, congestion, or runny nose.

    Thank you for your cooperation.
