• Andrew L. Nelson, M.D.

     

    Dr. Andrew L. Nelson has worked with the Plumsted Township School District since 2005. He is a Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician that works out of Toms River and Marlboro. Dr. Nelson provides many health care services for our school district and he works closely with our School Nurses and our Athletic Trainer. Dr. Nelson also provides free pre-participation exams for all of the students in the district during the summer and is also available at both of his offices by appointment.
