Reading: Every student is expected to read 20 minutes every night. It can be from a variety of formats.
Math: The students will have a math assignment sporadically which reinforces the concepts taught in class.Writing: Students will write about their weekend or another prompt in paragraph form in a Quick Write journal.Fundations: These assignments will be every Tuesday and Thursday. It will be a review of concepts learned in class.
Friday Folders: Every Friday, your child will receive a Friday Folder. This folder will contain important information about our school and classroom, along with your child’s work. Please look through them, sign the folder, and return to school on Monday. Please feel free to call, write, or email me if you have any questions or concerns.
