• WRITING:  we are working on NARRATIVE WRITINGS, developing complete sentences and paragraph structure.  We are working on responses to reading, locating text evidence that supports our writing.   
    We use graphic organizers, picture prompts and sentence starters to enhance the students writing. 

    READING:  We are using the Reading Wonders/Wonder Works Reading program
     
    *Students will be getting leveled books each night as reading homework.
                               
     
     Please continue to read at home 20 minutes every night with your child.  Having them read to you will help increase their fluency and comprehension skills!
