    Band members will be dismissed from their classes at 1:40 for the march.

    All Band members must have all forms completed and handed in by the first day of school.
    Any student who does not have the forms in is not cleared to participate.

    • Field Practices will be on Tuesday and Wednesday (2:40-4:00 pm) and game days (usually,Fridays).
    • Music rehearsal will be on Thursday (2:40 - 4:00 pm)
    • After the football season, we will have Concert Band, Jazz Band, and Rock Band practices in the music room from 2:40 - 4:30 pm. to prepare for the Concerts. 
    • Concert Band - TBA 2:45 - 4:30
    • Jazz band is by audition/invitation only - TBA 2:45 - 4:00
     
     
     
       
    All students must be prepared for all games and parades. 
    You need to be in full uniform. 
    This includes navy/black socks for band members. 
    You also need all of your music, a flip folder, and a lyre.

    Hello Warrior Band and Drill Team:
    My name is Mr. Grotto (Mr. G.) and I am the Director of Bands at New Egypt High School.  Although I have met most of you already, I want to take this opportunity to officially welcome you to the 2022-2023 season.  I look forward to working with you as the year progresses.
     Please feel free to share your ideas on improving our program.
    Our band is continually growing. 
    I welcome your thoughts on how to increase membership. 
    Just remember: quality is just as important as quantity.
