Students wishing to learn an instrument and participate in one of the most rewarding endeavors may join at any time. No prior experience is necessary! Students must rent or purchase their own instrument, but the school will lend a Tuba to any student who wants to play this instrument. We have a limited supply of Tubas, so they are offered on a first-come-first served basis.Choosing an instrument is a big decision!How do you know which instrument appeals to you?You must like the sound of the instrument.To help you make a well-informed choice, then please click on thenames below of the instruments to see and hear a demonstration of each.Once you decide, you can find the links to therental company and order your instrument to be deliveredto the school at the very bottom of this page!- Flute

She can wear an all-black outfit, or a white top and black bottom.Examples for all-black: black dress, black stockings/socks, black dress shoes. Black blouse, black pants/skirt, black stockings/socks, black dress shoes.Example for the white top and black bottom: White blouse, black pants/skirt, black stockings/socks, black dress shoes.No stripes or patterns please.Men- White button down shirt with a collar, black pants, black socks and black dress shoes.Suggestion: Since children grow so fast, it may benefit you to shop at a thrift store just like Mr. Megules. The Red White and Blue Thrift Store in Hamilton off of I-295 Exit 63B has a plethora of dress clothes for a fraction of the cost of purchasing new. Most of the clothes in the childrens' sizes are in great shape.InstrumentEvery band member is responsible to obtain an instrument. Please follow the links below to rent an instrument. Once the order is placed, the company will drop the instrument off directly to the school. The representative visits on Thursdays each week, so be sure to place your order in enough time for them to process it and get it to you by the next Thursday.This is a rent-to-own policy and it takes, on average, two years to pay in full. Take good care of your instrument because it actually increases in value over time. A used instrument in excellent condition will command a resale amount of equal or greater value of its initial purchase price in future years.Brass Instruments: Trumpet, French Horn, Trombone, and Euphonium.Woodwind Instruments: Flute, Oboe, Alto Sax, and Tenor Sax.Percussion Instruments: Drums, BellsUpcoming Performances: Found on the calendar.
