Speech & Language Therapy:
A school-based Speech- Language Pathologist (SLP) assesses, diagnoses, and treats students’ speech, language, and communication disorders to support their academic and social development.
Occupational Therapy:
A school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) helps students succeed in their school environment by addressing challenges that interfere with participation in daily routines and activities.
Physical Therapy:
A school-based Physical Therapist (PT) works with students to improve their mobility, balance, coordination, and gross motor skills so that they can access their education.
Related Services Staff
Cecille Augusta, PT, DPT
Dr. A is a contracted physical therapist who services the district on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She is a graduate of Long Island University, Brooklyn where she received a combined Bachelor’s of Science in Health Science and a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. She is also a graduate from the transitional physical therapy doctoral program at Rutgers, Newark (formerly University of Medicine and Dentistry). Dr. A is in her 5th academic year here in Plumsted. She has experience in school based physical therapy since 1999 and also works in the outpatient setting, subacute care setting with adults, and has private clients for home-based therapy.
Chaya Blaustein M.S., CCC-SLP
Mrs. Blaustein is a district Speech Language Specialist. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and a Masters in Communication, Sciences and Disorders from Adelphi University. She has been with the Plumsted Township School District since 2008. She has experience working in various public and private school settings and in Early Intervention.
Kelly Ann Dentzau MS, OTR/L
Mrs. Dentzau is a district Occupational Therapist (OT). She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy degree from Misericordia University. She went on to receive her Post-professional certificate in Pediatrics from Misericordia University. She has been with the Plumsted Township School District since 2002. She has experience working in various school settings, pediatric outpatient therapy, and Early Intervention.
Danielle Goglia M.S., CCC-SLP
Mrs. Goglia is a district Speech Language Specialist. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Rhode Island and her Master’s of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University. She has been with the Plumsted Township School District since 2006. Mrs. Goglia has experience working in various private and public school settings.
Jill Graser MA CCC-SLP
Ms. Graser is a district Speech Language Specialist. She received her Master’s of Arts degree in Speech Language Pathology from Kean University. She has been with Plumsted Township School District since 2001. She has experience working in various school settings, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, and Early Intervention.
