NEHS iPad Device Coverage

Student Device Insurance

(Grades 7-12 ONLY)

The Plumsted Township School District is offering student device insurance for all students in grades 7–12. This insurance provides protection against a variety of damages to the device and is valid through June 30, 2026.

What the Insurance Covers:

  • Accidental damage to the device
  • Coverage remains in effect even if accidental damage occurs more than once

Cost: $100 per student

Payment can be made through MySchoolBucks.

Important Information:

  • Parents/guardians must accept or decline coverage through the Parent Portal.
  • If no response is received, it will be considered a decline of coverage.
  • Coverage becomes effective only after payment is received.
  • Fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated.
  • If insurance is not purchased, parents/guardians will be responsible for all AppleCare costs, including any necessary repairs or replacements.

Open Enrollment Deadline: October 31, 2025
Coverage must be elected and paid by this date.
