WDC Registration Forms

Late registrations and changes to campers days/weeks, are NOT guaranteed trips. Registrations that are not paid in full are not considered complete until full payment is received. There will be staff and activities at the middle school every day. Each trip will require a parent permission slip and is at the discretion of the parent. All campers 5 years old+ are eligible for trips.

 

 

There is a $35 late registration, per camper, for enrollment after Wednesday, June 4, 2025. Final payment is due Friday, June 20, 2025.

Completed forms and payments:

Completed forms can be either emailed (HarperL@newegypt.us), dropped off in person, or sent to school to your child's teacher) Payment can either be mailed in or dropped off at New Egypt Primary School, 131 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, NJ 08533. If you wish to pay by credit/debit card, please send in your forms and request a Tuition Express link be emailed to you. Your login will be your email provided on the registration form. 

Camp Tuition Rates and Fees: 
50% of the camp tuition is due by Wednesday, June 4, 2025, and the remaining 50% is due by Friday, June 20, 2025. 

Payments can be made:

- in person with check, cash or money order at the school between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

 - via check/money order by mail (New Egypt Primary School, 131 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, NJ 08533, ATTN: Lisa Harper, WDC) or sending in with your primary or elementary student no later than the deadline.

- online using Procare. Instructions can be found here

Notes on payment calculations:

• Sibling discounts only apply to the tuition. Discounts are not taken off of late fees or before/after care.
• Please use the provided chart for discounts.

In the event your child requires special accommodations, please see the following forms to accompany your child's registration packet. In order for your registration not to be delayed for an incomplete packet, these forms must be completed and returned along with the Camp Registration Packet. Also, as a reminder, a nurse is not available during all of the camp hours.
