WDC Registration Forms

Priority registration will be offered to current NEED Program families and those who attended Warrior Day Camp in 2025.
Beginning Wednesday, May 13, 2026, registration will open to all families.
New families may submit forms prior to May 13th, for processing starting on Wednesday, May 13.

brought to New Egypt Primary School @ 131 Evergreen Road. 
There is a dropbox in the vestibule.
