Students wishing to learn an instrument and participate in one of the most rewarding endeavors may join at any time. No prior experience is necessary! Students must rent or purchase their own instrument, but the school will lend a Tenor Sax, Baritone Sax, Tuba or Euphonium to any student who wants to play these instruments. We have a limited supply of these, so they are offered on a first-come-first served basis.Choosing an instrument is a big decision! How do you know which instrument appeals to you?You must like the sound of the instrument. To help you make a well-informed choice, then please click on thenames below of the instruments to see and hear a demonstration of each.Once you decide, you can find the links to therental company and order your instrument to be deliveredto the school at the very bottom of this page!
Renting an Instrument (Rent-to-Own)Every band member is responsible to obtain an instrument. Please follow the links below to rent an instrument. Once the order is placed, the company will drop the instrument off directly to the school. The representative visits on Thursdays each week, so be sure to place your order in enough time for them to process it and get it to you by the next Thursday. This is a rent-to-own policy and it takes, on average, two years to pay in full. Don't return it because you will have to start the pay off process from the beginning. Take good care of your instrument because it actually increases in value over time. A used instrument in excellent condition can command a resale amount of equal or greater value of its initial purchase price in future years.Brass Instruments: Trumpet, French Horn, Trombone, and Euphonium.Woodwind Instruments: Flute, Oboe, Alto Sax, and Tenor Sax.Percussion Instruments: Drums, BellsIt is never too late to sign up!_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________LESSON & BAND SCHEDULE (Monday-Thursday fully virtual until further notice)Monday- 7:40-8:00 & 1:30-2:00 & 3:00-3:30Tuesday- 7:40-8:00 & 1:30-2:00Wednesday- 7:40-8:00 & 1:30-2:00 & 3:00-3:30Thursday- 7:40-8:00 & 1:30-2:00Friday- In-person and virtual Drum Lessons 7:40-8:40 & 1:30-2:00 (virtual)Concert Attire (when we have a concert TBA)Women have two options.
